Tried a Recipe from the Chew

Made Carla Hall's Midnight Chile Beef and Sweet potatoes Enchiladas.  Used ancient grain wraps instead of the corn tortillas.  Also think my sweet potatoes were too small.  But OMG Sooooo goood!
