Two German guys took one of Brian Vickers' old NASCAR stock cars, cut it up, used the pieces to create a electic pipe organ and percussion "instrument" They apparently travel with and play at all the Red Bull Air Race venues. While techno is really not my genre of preferred music - if you're going to be "techno" you should use some technology.
Curt took a video and managed to turn his sound on - so I may repost if I can download his.
