I don't know how friendly I actually am, but I guess the rest is true.   Sinuses are still killing me and today there were people jack-hammering across the way. From when I got home at 130 until after 4.  And out of the three of them not one knew how to properly use the jack-hammer.  Thus 3 hours to get rid of one step!!
