Sensational Haiku Wednesday
Sensational Haiku Wednesday

Welcome to “Sensational Haiku Wednesday!”

Click here for info and background on this weekly event!
The basics:
Haiku is simple! It is 3 non-rhyming lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively (a great way to use your fingers!)

This week’s theme is: Freestyle – whatever you want to write about

Starts with a trickle,

becomes a river of sweat

I so hate summer!

  1. As far as I'm concerned, there is only one good reason to sweat....

  3. Now that first line had me hooked. LOL! Great haiku. Before i had my meds for my Thyroid problem I would sweat buckets for no reason.

I see you like knitting and crochet. I was thinking of setting up a knitting/crochet blog as well as my writerly one. :O)

  4. Do you? Well, I hate sweating too, but it's better than freezing your tail off. I prefer autumn the most because you get to wear comfy sweaters that hide... stuff. ;) Great haiku!

I've gotten rid of the word verification for posting comments. To tell the truth, I have trouble reading the new stuff they are using. Feel free to disagree, but spammy or obnoxious comments will not go up.
