Dessert Anyone?

the other day I was going to make an apricot gallette  but didn't have enough butter for the crust.  ( yes butter is usually in the freezer, but I screwed up somehow)  I DID have some puff pastry shells so I baked them off and cut the apricots a bit smaller, and a small amount of sugar and some triple sec, then because it was too thin I added some tapioca and simmered it for a while.  I then spooned the apricot into the shell and added a scoop of vanilla ice cream.



I've gotten rid of the word verification for posting comments. To tell the truth, I have trouble reading the new stuff they are using. Feel free to disagree, but spammy or obnoxious comments will not go up.
