We got about 5-6 inches of snow yesterday! YAY! Near my mom and my FIL's the snow turned to sleet so they have a slushy mess.. but we have real snow!! I left work early on Friday as I was finished with everything but the carpet truck ( we were getting some driver named Zeke - seriously I almost stayed to see what he looked like- I didn't think we had any Zeke's in NJ) And decided to let Dan unload it. It took me about 45 minutes, not that bad. It's kind of funny, around work they get significantly less snow and it tends to be warmer than where I live, fewer hills too. Yet the highways are in worse condition there than here. So I was actually in slower traffic in less snow. THe problem is when I crossed the "line" as I call it, the roads got better, but visibility was only about 200 feet. Still it's 22 miles so not that bad.
