Off-Season VJGC afghan update

26 square

Purple 26 square

41 square

Had to make a 41 ( Bobby LaBonte's new ride)

red/yellow square

Red/yellow garter square

purple/green square

The purple/green square is going to need some serious blocking!

So as of now, I have 11 large squares and 4 small squares. I need a total of 20 large squares and 8 small squares, so I'm over the half-way point right now. I think I'm going to work on the 4 black/white checkered squares next. i haven't decided how to make them yet. I also attempted to graph a square for the 14. I used knitting graph paper, but as I'm not that good at following charts ( actually I'm terrible) we'll see how that goes.

  1. You can do it. I use a pencil and dot the squares as I go. Starting bottom right, going right to left and left to right. I also put arrows to which way I am going and P or K by the arrow to keep track. Or I do duplicate stitch. You can do it. Double sided tape helps keep track of where you are as well. I can't wait to see it.

I've gotten rid of the word verification for posting comments. To tell the truth, I have trouble reading the new stuff they are using. Feel free to disagree, but spammy or obnoxious comments will not go up.
